What it Does

How it Works (High-level)

• User selects a search type (Google Maps or Apollo)

• Collects qualification criteria via a Tally form

• Searches the selected data source:

  • Google Maps for local businesses

  • Apollo for database-driven company discovery

• Cleans and enriches company data (name, phone, website, domain)

• Outputs a ready-to-use company list

How to Use

You can run it via the Tally form with the following inputs:

Step 1: Select Search Type

• Google Maps

• Apollo

If Search Type = Google Maps

• Product / Service Name: What the business offers (e.g., “Roofing”, “Marketing Agency”)

• Country: Target country

• Email for Final List: Email where the Google Sheet will be sent

If Search Type = Apollo

• Number of Employees: Company size range (e.g., 10–250)

• Location: City or region (e.g., New York)

• Revenue Range: Annual revenue range

• Tech Stack: Technologies used (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics)

• Keywords: Industry or business keywords (e.g., Marketing, IT Services)

• Email for Final List: Email where the Google Sheet will be sent

• Structured input via Tally form

• Criteria-based search (no CSV upload required)

Data Enrichment & Cleanup

• Company name cleaned for natural use in cold emails

• Phone numbers normalized to a single standard format

• Website and domain discovered using an AI web search agent
