What it Does

• Extracts decision-makers from a list of companies

How it Works (High-level)

• Accepts a company list (name + domain)

• Scans selected databases (Apollo, Muraena, Openmart, Leadmagic, etc.)

• Identifies relevant decision-makers based on job titles

• Finds associated email addresses

• Verifies emails using multiple verification services

• Outputs only deliverable emails

How to Use

You can run it via the Tally form with the following inputs:

• CSV File: Upload a file containing company name and domain

• Airtable ID: Base ID and Table ID (if using Airtable as input)

• Databases: Select which databases to search (Apollo, Muraena, Openmart, Leadmagic, etc.)

• Job Titles: Select decision-maker roles you want to find (e.g., Founder, CEO, Head of Marketing)

Input Data Options

• CSV upload

• Airtable base (via Base ID + Table ID)

Output

• Google Sheet containing:

  • Company name

  • Decision-maker name

  • Job title

  • Verified email address

  • Email deliverability status

• Google Sheet link sent to your email
