Terms of Service

Last updated: October 16, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Stacksushi. By creating an account or using Stacksushi you accept them. If you use Stacksushi for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

1. The service

Stacksushi is a spreadsheet-style web app for importing, cleaning and enriching lead lists, with optional AI and API steps that you configure with your own keys. We may improve, change or retire features, and we will try to give notice of changes that matter.

2. Your account

3. Your content

You own the data you upload, send by webhook or create (your content). You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to use the data, including the right to process personal data about the people in your lists, and for the lawfulness of your outreach.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or limit an account that puts the service or other users at risk.

5. Third-party services and keys

AI and API columns call services you choose, using your keys. Those services have their own terms, prices and limits, and you pay them directly. Stacksushi API credits (section 6) are separate from, and do not cover, what those services charge you. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they return, for their availability, or for charges they bill you. Use spend limits at your providers. Features that run automatically can make many calls; the settings and the confirmation step for large batches exist to help you control this, but you remain responsible for what you switch on.

6. Plans, API credits, payment and refunds

Stacksushi has a Free plan and paid monthly plans (Basic, Pro and Growth). Every plan includes every feature. Plans differ in the number of rows you can store and the number of API credits you get in each billing period. The current numbers and prices are shown on our website and in your account, and we may change them for new periods with notice.

An API credit is used when a request sent through the Stacksushi proxy to a provider gets an answer, including an answer of "no result found" or a request the provider rejects. Requests that do not get an answer, such as a provider outage, a timeout or a rate limit, are not counted. Work that runs in your browser, such as cleaning, formulas, lookups and AI columns that use your own key, does not use credits. Credits reset on your billing date (for the Free plan, on the monthly anniversary of your sign-up) and unused credits do not roll over. When you are out of credits, steps that need the proxy stop until credits reset or you change plan; nothing you have stored is deleted.

Paid plans are subscriptions that renew every month until you cancel. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. You can cancel at any time in your account, which stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments are non-refundable. To ask about a charge, email support@stacksushi.com. Purchases made through AppSumo are subject to AppSumo's terms and refund policy. Features marked "coming soon" are plans for the future, not a promise of a release date.

7. Background runs

If a table receives data by webhook and has columns with Auto-update switched on, those columns can keep running when new rows arrive, even while you are not signed in. By switching on Auto-update for a column you authorize Stacksushi to run it for you in this way, using the keys you have saved in your account and your API credits, and to send the cell values you have referenced to the providers you chose. You can pause background runs for any table at any time.

You remain responsible for everything that runs under your account, including charges your providers make and credits used. Anyone who has your webhook address can add rows to that table, which can start runs, so keep the address private and replace it if it may have leaked. Daily limits apply to each plan, and if many rows arrive within a short time we hold them until you approve. These limits reduce the risk but do not remove it, and we are not responsible for credits or provider charges caused by events sent to your webhook address.

Background runs are provided on a best-effort basis. They can be delayed, stopped or incomplete, for example when a provider is down, your credits run out or a limit is reached, and we do not promise when a row will be processed. We may pause or limit background runs to protect the service or other users, and we may email you when they pause. Anything that cannot run in the background, such as formulas or lookups, runs when you open the table.

8. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Stacksushi available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Back up important data by exporting your tables to CSV.

9. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Cleaning, formulas and AI output can be wrong, so check results before you rely on them. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Stacksushi is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using Stacksushi at any time and can ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we must by law. After your account ends we delete your content as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect. Using Stacksushi after that means you accept the new terms.
